The sound on my Nuvi 360 has stopped working, I believe it is the speaker but I am not sure. It was intermittently working for a few weeks and now it stopped completely. All the volume controls are set to high and if I plug in headphones, I can hear the sound very clearly. Any insight is appreciated.

If you have good sound at the headphone jack, then most likely the problem is an intermittent/defective speaker. which needs to be replaced.
