I have a Explorist 100. When booting, the screen is blank. I can get the backlight to change levels, but nothing is ever displayed on the screen. I am wondering if you offer a service to get the data (waypoints) off of the device?

Sorry, we don't have any service information or parts for a Magellan Explorist 100. We mainly service garmin nuvi models.
