Tip for Nuvi 2xx/2xxW/7xx Users: The on/off power switch will slide much easier if you use your fingernail in the switch actuator grooves rather
then pressing on the entire actuator.

When pressing on the entire actuator, it actually rubs on the LCD housing below it, causing friction. You will find it moves more freely using your fingernail and with less pressure, there will be less of a chance of exerting excessive force that may break the switch off of the board.

We see that happen a lot.
