We highly recommend that you notify the manufacturer that your GPS has been stolen, so that if someone attempts to send it in for repair, the manufacturer will have the information on-hand to contact the proper authorities.
During the repair process, SHARCNET-USA labels the inside of the unit with the owner's name & telephone number. We will not accept or repair any unit if the serial tag has been removed.
