This document is a PDF copy of the original 1998 letter written by KA3EBX and sent by certified mail to the entity now known as the Wireless Association of South Hills (aka WASH). As a result of bylaw violations and false accusations directed toward KA3EBX and other founding SHARC members, SHARC officially dissassociated itself with the members of this group.
